The Ink Stone is an independent printing and art supply store located at 2431 Durant Ave, Unit C, in Berkeley. We are in the Sather Lane covered alleyway near the UC Berkeley campus. Established over forty years ago, The Ink Stone strives to be the place for architects, engineers, and students alike to receive quality customer service and fast turnaround. We’re staffed by employees from all walks of life, including UC Berkeley students, UC graduates, and those outside art, architecture, and engineering.

The Ink Stone is one of the last independent art supply and printing shops in the East Bay. We are proud to provide specialized knowledge and reasonable prices, and serve as a point of connection to the independent East Bay art community.
