Ordering Prints
In-Store:
Digital files for printing can be brought on a USB flash drive. Your order will be taken at the counter. Orders processed on first-come, first-serve basis. Wait times vary.
Physical sheets for scanning and copying can be brought in, and will be processed on a first-come, first serve-basis. Scanning or copying times vary depending on number and quality of originals. Blue-line architectural prints (blue background, white text) take longer than standard prints (white background, black text). Cleaner pages take less time to scan.
We aim to deliver clean, high-quality prints and/or scans no matter the original’s condition.

Send email to: orders@theinkstone.com. Please include:
- Customer Name & Company Name
- Contact Phone Number
- # of Originals/Pages
- # of Sets to be Printed
- File Dimensions (e.g. 24″x36″)
- Print Dimensions (if different)
- Black/White or Color
- If sets should be Loose, Stapled, or Edge-Bound
- Printer & Paper (optional; see “Printing Information”)
- If an account customer, please specify:
- Delivery or Pick-up
- Job Reference for Invoice
Sending Files with Email
If files are smaller, please send as an email attachment. If files are larger, please send with a link to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar program. Also, remember to set permissions so we at The Ink Stone can properly view and download the files.
We prefer to receive files as .PDFs, though .JPGs and .PNGs are OK. .PSDs, .AIs, or .INDs are hard to work with, as they contain more data and may change appearance when printed.
